Little insight to my day. Yep, mcdonalds for lunch, little mmmbop, awesome strawberry sandwich for breakfast, a new all nature snack bar which ROCKED and chobani coconut yogurt with almond and dark chocolate mixins. That was AWESOME!! #kindahealthy #shoul
Woke up this morning feeling a little silly, had some coffee and a healthy breakfast then out to work. Only pics I got today folks. Sorry.

Well, I had good intentions today. I got up and scrubbed my kitchen. I mopped the floors, haven’t done that in a while. It was gross. Did some laundry, still need to fold it.
Cleaning doesn’t give me too many activity points when I log it but let me tell you, I was sweating. What is the best workout in the world? Mopping the floor while listening to Kenny Loggins “Footloose”. Now that is a song. LOVE IT!
Breakfast consisted of:
Whole wheat, low carb tortilla (2), 1/4 cup egg whites (1), and some bell pepper, tomato and jalapenos I chopped up with my handy dandy chopper. Sprinkle a little cheese on their for some awesomeness, and it was good!!
Lunch I started out ok with a salad, 2 small slices of veggie pizza and one small pepperoni pizza. Then it happened… the cinnaboli attack hit me like a ton of bricks. Don’t know what a cinnaboli is? What planet are you from?
A cinnaboli is a cinnamony, sugary, doughy goodness baked and topped with icing. So soft and creamy chewy in the middle. Is this a picture of what I ate? Goodness no!! Do you honestly think that I could let it sit on my plate that long while I took a picture? I mean really, do you know me at all? I gobbled those little things up like they were going out of style. I only had three. Only three.
What’s more important is the company that I keep….
This is my little Kylie Bugg. Just Bugg for short. Yes, I spell it with a double “g” because its “fancy”. This little girl is just IT for me. She loves me to pieces and I could just hug her to death.
Dinner consisted of 2 slices of pizza. I over did it for today but I did a lot of cleaning and put together a large Scentsy order. It wore me OUT. I will just have to do better tomorrow.
This day started out like any other yummy day. And I am a little slow, this day was actually Saturday. I skipped Sunday for some reason..not sure what happened. I got up and made my breakfast…
Yum. A biscuit (3 pts) topped with a single fried egg (2 pts), one slice of turkey bacon (1 pt) and some tummy bell peppers (zero). I love me some yummy bell peppers!! OH! Almost forgot about that half slice of fat free cheese which is zero pts. Super duper yummy.
I get to work and I have a cup of coffee.
Yes, I am spoiled and only drink my coffee with splenda and 1 Tbsp of creamer. It is a splurge. This particular creamer, which I do believe is a cheap brand, was only 1 pt for that single Tbsp. SCORE!!
Lunch was a boring box meal. I mean it was good, was a good filling meal, and cheap! This dude was only a dollar!
Michelina’s Rice and Beans. 8 pts, but its all I had. I also had a banana (not shown here) and that is 0 points on the new PointsPlus program..yeah buddy.
Now, here is where things go ugly. This is what I’m talking about. I had researched that eating my mama’s lasagna was around 9 pts for a serving. Notice I say “A” serving. I was going to eat that and a salad with some healthy dressing and I would have been okay. Here’s what happened.
I walk into my mama’s house and there it is in all its glory! This huge pan of lasagna! This threw me into a whirlwind of a trance. It was so bad that I didn’t even get a picture of it beauty before we all dug in. It wasn’t until I had swallowed my large serving and slice of bread, and second large serving and slice of bread that the full guilt of what had just happened to me hit me like a ton of bricks. Ton of bricks in the full expanded belly!

I mean, oh my goodness.. I have to look away quickly before it grabs ahold of my better judgement. yum!
Now, how is this going to effect my weigh in Monday morning. It is not going to be good, I will tell ya. My weekly Friday trip to CherryBerry didn’t help either I’m sure. The mound of chocolate chip cookie dough that I added to that bad boy, ouch!

I’ve started a job, a job that I never would have thought that I could do. Banking. Wow! Its a different world. As a nurses aide I have run on my feet for literally 12 hours, 12 hours of non-stop running because if you stopped, your feet hurt. In banking, you have chairs but its just easier to stand. You stand all day, for 8-9 hours at a time and you’re aware of every minute that your standing.
So right now I’m working 8-5 to train at the new and very different job that I’ve acquired. I’m exhausted by the time I get home. I have to start cooking, cleaning the house that my children have left a mess..there is no WANT to workout or go running or to do anything for that matter.
Also a probably that I’ve acquired from this job is that I have to dress up. All of a sudden those stretchy pants and loose shirts that I was wearing everyday has come to haunt me. None of my nice clothing fits. My clothes don’t fit because surprise surprise…I’ve gained 15 pounds because I realized that I just don’t care.
So here I go into the unknown, into the workforce and back into being aware that I need to control what I am eating. Wish me luck and God’s speed.
